Devil or Satan stands for destruction. He destroys souls. He tries to prevent people from knowing Jesus Christ our Lord. He tries to trap people from attaining salvation. He's a Pied Piper who leads people to Hell or destruction. People are not aware of Devil's activities. We often succumb to his machinations. He's the real Machiavelli who plots and leads people to Hell. Beware of him. Don't get into his trap. Jesus Christ is our Lord. Salvation is through Son of God alone. Depend only on the Triune -- God the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit. Let Holy Spirit guide us. Not Satan or Devil.
