The Afterglow John P Warren
The Afterglow
John P Warren
One day, in the quiet town of New Cedars, Alaska, a bright flash is seen to streak across the sky. A luminous glowing ribbon remains, leaving many questions unanswered. Soon the entire town's population discover that they are the only people left in the world. Before long, Ted Malone, a devoted husband and father, is contacted by a very strange looking man who claims to have the answers to his obvious questions. Bill Stravinsky, a lifelong sufferer of paranoia and who is also slightly misanthropic, is also pulled in by this stranger to solve the quandary. Now Ted and Bill must set their personal feelings about one another aside, if they are to have any chance of solving the mystery of the puzzling Afterglow.
