Workplace bullying presents serious challenges to organizations, but it remains one of the most neglected problems in the realm of applied ethics. Accordingly, this book analyzed the lived experiences of six employees who have experienced workplace bullying in Christian organizations specifically in a faith-centered context. The distinguished threads were assessed to determine the context and specific differences between workplace bullying in general organizations and faith-centered organizations
