Private Investigator and former Greek Police Colonel Petros Stavrianos receives an urgent call from the German Ambassador in Athens to visit the embassy with his wife, former art investigator and ex-CIA agent Elisa Dandolos. The couple soon learns that a foreign country is interested in one of the paintings of the German embassy. Upon examining the painting, Petros and his wife discover a hidden letter from a Nazi art looter, which provides clues that point to a stunningly beautiful and priceless artwork thought lost in World War II. The discovery of Petros and Elisa, however, will lead them to unknown paths where espionage, treason and death are all parts of the game. The couple will follow the strange clues to end up in an ancient city in southern Crete where their lives will be put at risk. With time running out, will they discover the lost artwork or will their stalkers get it first?
