This book of poetry are a collection of thoughts. These thoughts are separated into three different chapters so that you, the reader, can freely read what appeals to you most. The three chapters are obstacles, intimacy, and triumph. I wanted to publish my thoughts that I feel a majority of people can relate to. Life is challenging and it is often difficult voicing your thoughts. That is why I wrote this book in the form of poetry. It was a safe way to release all of the emotions I ever felt without having to fear the responses from those who I would share them with. Mental illnesses are not a joke. They are deadly and often those who suffer from mental illnesses feel isolated and alone. If you are a victim of a mental illness, know that you are not alone. I am here for you. I care about you. I want you to succeed. We will get through our struggles together.
