Having guests in the house is wonderful. No matter if you run a holiday flat, a pension, a holiday home or even a hotel. You meet wonderful people, get into conversation, sometimes even friendships develop.

But unfortunately not all guests behave the way they should.

The book was written out of a need we never imagined. For years everything went well - but in one year we had only bad luck. Not one guest misbehaved - but several.

Once we bought new furniture - and that on the day of departure, because the next day the new guests were at the door - or once a night shift and repaint the house from the inside ...

That's what happened to us - and that's why we created the "Black List for Landlords".

We hope that we can save many landlords from further grief!
