This book is based on the first hand experience of having two family members afflicted with this horrible disease, our Mother Madge and Aunt Nancy. At the time of this writing, they are 92 and 99 years old respectively. This book will attempt to explore this disease based on currently available information. Specifically; what is Alzheimers? What is the cause of the disease? What are the stages of the disease? Can this disease be prevented? Are there lifestyle changes that can be made, i.e. diet, exercise etc?
