We've become attached to our digital tools for many reasons: 1) Convenience, 2) It's faster, 3) Social Media keeps us informed. Oh, how things have changed in Real Estate. And to stay in the game - agents have to move fast or get lost in the digital world of real estate, or the door will shut in your face. The phenomenon of where we were years ago vs. today is not the same and never will be again. Some agents are trying to sell homes like it's still the year 1999 and celebrating with Prince. My background in technology has been my saving grace, and I stay up with the latest and greatest technology. I sell homes like it's the year 2525, focusing on the future with Zager and Evans.
