The Fyne Mental Institution houses the criminally insane. It was founded by Dr. David Fyne, but now his son runs the institution. He has a reluctance to go down the dark hall toward a surgical room were lobotomies are performed on patients that are a danger to themselves and others. Henry has had to lobotomize one patient Oliver Richards. Oliver killed his wife and children. Oliver has a younger sister who committed murder as well and wants to in Dr. Henry Fyne's care, but before that. Henry has to treat and potential cure Steven Phillips. Steven killed his mother and step father, but he doesn't remember doing it, nor does he remember being in the institution for several months.
