Imagine the Deep State as a comedy of errors. It's 2009 and a semi-divine Islamic assassin ventures on a mission far from God's Private Theatre after years of inaction, bringing his favorite slave who encounters an American family chasing a Russian death cult that has absorbed their mother and continues Stalin's mad genetic experiments, using art to get leaders of former Soviet satellite states involved.

Russian commandoes oversee the Toronto gallery opening as the American family rescues the slave in the Hindu Kush. Their father is kidnapped but uncontainable in Moscow as the family realizes the mother's true goal is to kill the daughter out of spite as the assassin strives to steal back his slave from the son.

Sex, love, power and family intertwine until the final battle in Africa.
