When Donna made a decision to do something she always persevered. Come what may. Whether it took a while or not, she would see any challenge through to the end, and achieve her goal. Finding herself in a relationship she wasn't happy with, she bowed out gracefully. Which meant everything would change. At the same time, Butch seemed to be plodding along. His hardware was his life and livelihood. Until he met Donna. Reaching out to help, he didn't realize how much his kindness meant. Becoming the best of friends after brief chats in the morning, he came to appreciate her company. Once he appointed a General Manager for the hardware store, life seemed to take an entirely different direction.
