Forty Days On Terror Island Hal Miller

A hijacking goes wrong, and the plane carrying Mike McAndrews and his high school mates crashes into the sea. The one passenger with the fortitude to face the hijackers is lost to gunfire from the hijackers. Despite having no idea how to accomplish it, Mike resolves to step up into that man's place and rescue his friends. The other teens see him as a fool. Mike realizes that he has much to learn in order to survive on the island and lead his friends to safety.
