Treat Your Practice Like A Business Walter Bergeron

How to create a growing and thriving practice so you are in control of your own economy. They don't teach us anything about how to run a business in school. They don't teach us that we are a business. And most of us don't even realize that what we do every day, all day with our patients, not only is providing money that takes care of our families and feeds our kids. But depending on the size of your practice, two, three, ten people, depend on the work that we do all day every day in order to feed their families. So a lot of us have trouble, we struggle with the fact that we're a business and some of us even think it's a dirty word that we're a business. But we owe it to our team, in order to give them a better life and open up opportunities for them besides ourselves. So we really need to focus on taking care of everybody that helps us take care of our patients and treating our practice as the business that it is, is critically important for that.
