Life After Lupus Francine L Houston
Life After Lupus
Francine L Houston
It starts off where it left off 2009. I was in remission for about 5 years. I lived a balanced life traveled, worked part-time worked on businesses and spend time with mu family and friends. At the end of 2014, I started having signs of end stage renal disease and lupus. By January of 2015, I was in the hospital for a week fighting to stay alive, My whole life changed, I had to be on dialysis and not to work for about 5 months. I learned the "dark side of lupus", when the word "disability" was introduced to me. It was a fight to get my health back, a day-to day struggle to push pass was told to me by the doctors. But God works miracles. The scripture Genesis 50:20 says "But as for you, you thought evil against me; but God meant it unto good, to bring to pass, as it is this day, to save much people alive."
