The Serpent's Mouth

The Serpent's Mouth, a radio play, is a tragicomedy based on true events. Taking place in a Trinidad Police Station, it lays bare the difficulties of moral actions within a corrupt society. In October 2019, as part of Carifesta, the annual Caribbean Festival of the Arts that features new works by playwrights from Caribbean nations, The Serpent's Mouth was performed in the National Drama Association of Trinidad and Tobago's (NDATT) Black Box theatre. Receiving hearty responses from audiences, as well as an excellent critique in the Trinidad Guardian (11-19-2019), it was the only radio play presented during the 2019 Carifesta.
