Arden Thiessen has designed this book as a reading companion and study guide for the two biblical books written by the apostle Peter, 1 and 2 Peter. The book may be used for personal reflection and growth or for group studies. The book is not written as a normal verse-by-verse commentary, but identifies the themes that were in Peter's mind and discusses them in a narrative format. Each chapter concludes with a personal, reflective essay by the author, discussing the implications of Peter's teaching for the contemporary believer.
