During a time of suffering and confusion where she could not tell which way was up. She needing guidance found it in the place she didn't expect it. Unlike any time before in her life or with her relationship with her mom; her mother stood up and stood in the gap for her failing courage, mind, health, strength, heart, faith and sanity. She among others prayed, laughed with me (sometimes at me), and constantly talked to me not in judgement, not advising with negative reinforcement, but spoke to the soul of who she had forgotten she was and aided her back on a path of restoration. To keep it moving from the devastation that life has pressed upon her. But it was the last pressing that caused her to to finally be ready to stop believing; to stop praying; to stop hoping and even give up on herself. As the years regurgitate themselves forth in her mind, soul and being she is no longer able to change faces and act okay, and now she reveals the raw devastated soul that she truly is. So begins the journey of her losing everything in the process. Family, friends, co workers, associates withdraw from her in a time where she needs a life line. But her one and only true friend Emmanuel aligns the right people in her path to bring her back from the brink of death.
