Previously, Michael Bourgo has taken his readers on a poetic journey through the fifty states of America and the fifty capitals of Europe. Once again joining his two loves, history and verse, he now presents a gallery of our nation's forty-four Presidents. Combining light notes with the serious and using a judicious mix of historical events and personal details, he offers a portrait of each President that highlights his unique qualities and the stamp he left on our history.
