In this chapter, I shallintroduce these different kinds of psychologists' tasks how to satisfy their patients' mental health needs. I shall indicate these different kindsof psychologists' tasks how to satisfy their patients' mental health psychological needs. I also indicate some cases to explain what their tasks differences are. Firstly, in psychology at work or organizational behavior or employee employee psychological research aspect, it concerns a large part of how people define who they are is by what they do. Work can be a key part of our social identity to build employees sense of themselves. IN special, employees organizational psychologyhelpe organizations to solve employees mental health and how to bring a good job satisfactory feeling and it can promote psychological wellbeing when people are employed have lower rates of psychological health problems group target. In psychology at work research aspect, it includes these organizational psychological assistance aspect: How to create a psychological healthy workplace to a meaningful work and what can keep people fulfilled and productive in their jobs ? It considers how to let employees to feel how to do work more attrative, rather than how to make unemployment less attractive. As well as how improving on physical health and sickness absence to some lazy employees' negative mind psychological influence, how the organizationalpsychological health of the workforce impacts on organizational health of the organizational performance, how to help organizations measure optimal levels of engagement at workhave significant benefits for the employee. Such higher levels of engagement are characterised by increased levels of angry, dedication, being strongly involved in one's work, experienccing a sense of significance, and being absorbed in one's work so time passes quickly. So, how to designing work to encourage engagement is also needed to bring beneficial to the employers, helping organizations to attempt to find whether what of a number of key factors influence employees' psychological health and wellbeing in the workplace as well as seeking why and how some individual factors are other are linked to the work environment, e.g. finding what the main reason(s) whether it is/ they are the job insecurity or dissatisfaction or increased risk of low engagement or poor rewarded or long working hours time or feeling boreing etc. different factors influence a decreased productivity to bring a negative impact on the organization's employees.
