?What are the differences between neweconomic and old economic environmentEconomic sociology has made significant achievement theory and research. The old and new economic sociology has brought about important theoretical achievements, especially in the analysis of economic organization at the micro level in terms of social and cultural both aspects influences. The new and old economic development and innovation has through a closer relationship of economic sociology with comparative analysis. Some economists could ask why we should care about what the influences are brought when they apply new or old economic theory to view or explain why and how the economic suitation or environment situation occurs. For example, in second war, old economy theory explains that food shortage will cause, because war brings food supply decreases, but many people still demand to buy food to eat in the war happening countries. Even, rich people, who are living in the war happening countries, they can not buy any food to eat easily. Otherwise, in second war new economic theory explains that food shortage is due to many rich people had spend too much money to buy much food to keep at homes, even warehouse. So, food shortage is only influenced to the poor people. In common, food shortage won't be influenced to the rich people, during the second waroccurred. Hence, old economic theory is explained that food shortage is influenced to all people in second war. Otherwise, new economic theory is explained that food shortage is only influenced to the poor people in second war. New economic theory is also more interested economic behavior by worker motivation. It is more concern in the problems of fairness in real markets, when economic focuses on problems of efficiency. If labor relations are particularly unbalanced, conflicts may emerge in bargaining relations, which risk endangering, productive activities, or alternatively, workers may cecome less committed to their tasks, lowering productivity. On above these cases, the abor relation representing, the regulstion into the labor market, become more important. Moreover, working conditions and to reduce social inequalities, brought about by the market are also necessary precisely to have more efficient low productivity, low efficiency, workers become more lazy, problem can be solved by fair labor relation treatments in micro economic view. When the feeling infair treatment workers can be accepted the fair treatment by the labor relation representatives. Then, their working efficiency and productivity may be raised. Otherwise, old economic theory explains that labor relation representatives may not solve worker conflicts problems more easily. Workers efficiency or productivity ratio raising problem is needed to solved by factory manufacture techniques change or management strategy is needed to changed. It will not concern personal psychological aspect solution. But new economic theory can concern more personal psychological aspect how to solve organizational problems. Hence, new economic theory is believed by any economic or organization problems, which have relationship between economic and sociology. But, old economic theory is believed by any economic or organization problems, which have relationship between economic and management strategy aspects.?Why and how do we are encountering new economic society ?What are the differences between nowadays new economic social environment and past old economic social environment?
