In 1985, the greatest fraud ever known to be committed against the coffers of a country began in Paraguay, under the government of General Alfredo Stroessner, President and Dictator of that country. Suddenly, everything was discovered in one day, and the news gained national and international attention. But almost no one knows how it all started and how it was that both the authorities and the press learned what a mafia formed by importers, banks, exchange houses, industrialists and even high national authorities, was doing and nobody dared to denounce, because in one way or another, everyone was involved. This autobiographical work narrates the events but set from the national and regional perspective, since the author of this work witnessed first-hand the events that led to the mega fraud being exposed. In the midst of that, God moved to touch a person's life and use that whole plot to bring him to His feet, thus demonstrating his sovereignty, and that He who uses the means and people he wants to achieve his goal.
