Tom lived a simple existence. He had a special gift for picking winners at the horse track. He stayed under the radar by just winning enough to live on, then he'd move on to the next town. Until one day, an older gentleman named Rossy, who'd been observing Tom's technique, makes his acquaintance. Rossy seems to have some insight into Tom's gift and piques a normally very guarded Tom's interest. He reluctantly agrees to let Rossy ride with him to the next few towns. The two embark on an enlightening journey as Rossy works with Tom to expand his gift beyond the racetrack. They discover a looming pandemic that threatens millions of lives across the planet. They race to arm the FBI with the information before it's too late.
