The Crown Hill Caper is the story of thirteen-year-old Matt Stewart's first adventure as a detective. Matt lives in the quiet town of New Bradshire, Connecticut, where he never can get a case. One spring day in 1923, the town's wealthiest and most mysterious citizen is found murdered in his home. There is nothing missing from the house, besides the only possible witness, Mr. Bradley's butler.
