An Artifact and The Caricature, is an imaginary science fiction story, told by a time traveller and his companions in his life. Whether the facts described by the key character in this story to different set of institutions and the responses recorded at different time frames, to elicit various plots that have happened and to happen in the future, are of sanguine and realistic nature, is withheld by the institutions creating a need for the events which makes the institutions to become time traveling entities and companions for the original time traveller. The plots described to the time traveller are the events that had happened in the past, making the time traveller to create a causal effect to the future events at his disposal through the institutions. The plot revolves around a lost artifact and a caricature of paramount importance as described by the characters.
