Eppie is the story of a young woman who has a kind uncle help her counter a poor relationship with her mother, by sending her spiritual books and spiritual instruction. Then... he leaves her his donut shop. It's a new place for her and a new career - and where she meets a tall fella in a Stetson hat. Along with the sometimes irritating, but undaunted, interest shown to her by this tall guy, she finds friends who are like family. Oh, yes, and she takes part in a miracle. After many years of teaching, Betty Christian left the classroom to pray for our nation. During this time aside, she began to write. She hopes you have a little fun and maybe laugh aloud a time or two, and-of course-learn a little about Jesus, her Great Lord, along the way. Other books are Zhong and Alice Wonders.
