The book 'The Light will make you see the Way', takes you through the experiences of a respected and employed university graduate, struggling economically in life even as he remains part and parcel of the society which he ought to support. The book further exposes the reader to the lives of the ordinary Lumpen Proletariats of Shanga who are the majority and live from hand to mouth, and struggle to change their circumstances without much success. In another short story, the book takes the reader to the people of Mokoni and their voting habits and how this has costed them in their daily lives. Elsewhere, the book examines the life of a spy in a town inhabited by all manner of people who have no business with others and how this habits work against them as the intruder mines information from them. The reader is also treated to the remote village of Rombozi inhabited by people whose beliefs are grounded in blaming misfortunes to an old weird nurse. Further, it tells the story of a unique autonomous district in a republic that has managed to overcome many problems that affect many countries in the world. In the second section of the book, the author explores the concept of love in different contexts concluding with story of a young lady who visualize her Mr. Right.
