Employers can pay less salary to employ less office workers when they had learnt how to apply " word" software to do any clerical tasks. So, it seems that Big Gates can tough computer users' hopeful needs in offices or homes. So, global offices start to apply computers and Micro soft " word" software to do their administrative tasks and students and teachers can apply this kind of clerical software to do their homework and teaching tasks in schools and homes or libraries. It seems customers number will increase and Micro soft, IBM can attract many Big Apple computer clients for long time. Intellectual means that to students with exceptional abilities in one or more of the learning areas( i.e. English, the arts, health and physical education, learning languages, mathematics, and statics, science and technology). Creativity means to students with general creative abilities as evidences in their abilities to problem -find and problem -solve, and their innovative thinking and productivity as well as social or leadership means that students with interpersonal and intra-personal abilities and qualities, which enable them to act in leadership roles. However, these are not the important personal characteristics factors to influence Bill Gates personal success. I assume that he can not achieve his software and computer invention in success if he lacks hard working attitude and learning any new technological knowledge attitude, even he own talent, creative and leadership abilities because one successful scientist must need to spend long time research tasks and he also needs to pursue any new technological knowledge to help him to solve any research problems. Otherwise, he must forget his scientific research when he feel difficulties and disappointment when he encounters any problems in his researching process. Hence, I feel that hard working and pursuing learning is the important factors to influence Bill Gates success. In fact, Bill Gates individual success. It is not only his talent and creative factor. I believe his hard work attitude and learning any new technological knowledge mind factor is more important to compare his personal characteristics. His hard working behavior on computer software research aspect, it can bring more influential to his final invention in success more than his talent and creative natural ability. So, I feel his non-natural effort, such as his hardworking and learning new technological knowledge and research attitude is his important factor to influence his software invention and laptop and desktop invention in success.
