The Special Forces Tier One Soldiers do not operate in a vacuum. In this geopolitical thriller, Travis Wolff, a U. S. Special Forces Delta Force operator and a newly selected soldier to the British Army's SAS Regiment, Ian Penman, hunt down an Islamic Republican Guard Corps Quds Force team intending to detonate a radiological device which it obtained from a former Russian Army general who is now a major arms dealer in The Black Sea region. Wolff and Penman's pursuit leads them to the target, a large holiday celebration in Israel; a dirty bomb detonation threatens to commence a nuclear war in the Middle East. Olga Darialova, a four-time Olympic gold medal winning biathlete, is coerced by a Russian counter-intelligence agent to become an expendable government assassin. Eventually, Olga's sharpshooting skills intersect with the two Tier One operators' high stakes mission to prevent the Iranian agents from detonating the dirty bomb in Tel Aviv.
