The stories are recalled from childhood memories and have their own ethnic nuances while being relatable in any culture. From a princess with too many suitors, to a disgruntled farm wife with an unyielding husband, the tales are reminiscent of the Brothers Grimm and Mother Goose, but with the human emotion and richness of sub-equatorial culture.
