They ought have these personal characteristics as below: Leader characteristics means that the leader's personal appeal and performancewhen structural and traditional factors are held constant. He is set apart from ordinaryof personality to posses a certain quality of personality from ordinary men and treated as owed with supermatural, superhuman, or least specifically exceptional powers or qualities. Because president'sresponsibility is different to CEO. One CEO only needs to manage his firm, it concerns to solve any firm's internal strategic challenges. Otherwise one president needs to manage whole country. It concerns to solve any social problems. So, I believe that one president's responsiblity must have more than one CEO's responsibility. He needs to concern how to let citizen feels satisfactory to live in this country. Otherwise, they will feel satisfactory to complain their government, even they can perform anti-threat government behaviors, e.g. many Hong Kong, France, US, UK people are walking on the road, or young people damage any roads or shops facilities. Their behaviors can perform their unsatisfactory emotion to let HK government to know. So, one president must need to supervise his government departments, e.g. education, transport, house and building and land, police force, administrative, leisure, environment protection etc. How they can implement the most effective strategies to let the country's citizen feel satisfactory to live in the country. It seems that the successful factor is that how to avoid young or oldcitizen feels unsatisfactory to complain or do anti-social damage behaviors. If one country have one long time anti-social damage behaviors, then it will bring long time unsatisfactory feeling or negative emotions to itself citizen and they will feel that the president's performance is poor and even he/she needs to be dismissed in possible. So, one successful president needs to know whether what the social suitation or what social needs to its citizen are. In fact, any country's young people must consider education, jobs, living needs as well as old people must consider retirement, leisure needs both aspects. So, these departments' responsibilities are ususally much to compare other departments in government organization, such as education, house and land and building, labor departments because these are every people's basic living needs. For example, living and jobs must be needed to eveyr young people. They must need money and house. Otherwise, old people do not want to work, they must need have good retirement welfare to compare young people when they are facing old age. So, one successful president needs have abilities to solve these social problems if he /she hopes that his/her country has many young and old people like him or her to be their president.
