People who have looked at their lives and actually got to believe that there is nothing good about them. They get to blame their parents, blame the government, blame the church, and blame the society for how they believe their lives have turned out. God made you uniquely because he has a unique plan for your life. He personally oversaw your creation, carefully designed your height, your complexion, be you fair or dark, your stature, your size and everything because he had something for you to do that only you can do. Don't count yourself off yet. There is great worth in you, there is big treasure waiting to be put to use. It is time to gird up your loins and move again. It is never over until God says it is over and it can never be over until you have fulfilled purpose.
