While the world slowly recovers from the Covid19 pandemic, an American billionaire dies in a car crash in Nice, France. The underage girl with him survives unharmed but drops dead 10 minutes later. Meanwhile, while investigating a famous movie star accused of rape, Investigator Stanley Deutsch stumbles on a 'dark web' video dating site offering men sex with underage boys and girls. Terrorist and serial killer Jazmin Choli is the video's moderator and appears to be deeply involved in the child sex trade. Stanley heads to Europe to find and stop her. An assassin heads there to kill Stanley. It all ends in Geneva, Switzerland, where Stanley Deutsch and Jazmin Choli meet once again.
