Hope, an apparently simple woman, has a strong passion for gardening. One day as she walks her dog, she happens to find a job as a gardener of one estate. Her job at this place makes her discover that she is not a simple human but a Personified Mother Nature. The whole story is about her effort to save the world and nature with the help of her human friends and elves. After the episodes of disasters, she and her friends have to sacrifice everything they have to allow the world to survive and prosper. Will they be able to save the world? And in what way? The other two main characters in this story are Layla and Maria, both of whom have humble origins and jobs, but without them, Hope's jobs would be the mission impossible. I intentionally make them appear humble, simple, and insignificant but they contribute significantly to a lot of great things in the story because I would like to make it a metaphor for our reality; most of the time, many people take all things given to us by Nature for granted and consider them insignificant such as oxygen, sunlight, soil, plants and trees, clean water sources, and all beneficial insects and animals. The book contains my research and my practical knowledge of gardening in an environmentally friendly way and it is completely in line with permaculture which focuses on working with Mother Nature and not against her. It also includes some information about phytoremediation, the natural approach to heal contaminated land. All antagonists in this book do evil things because they have a twisted attitude toward life, nature, and the world since the real problem of the world is not evil but ignorance and we cannot learn to love and respect nature if we do not first understand the interconnectedness of all things, appreciate and feel grateful to Mother Nature, Mother Earth, and all things/people that directly and indirectly support us or help us to continue to exist either intentionally or unintentionally. Anyone who loves gardening, nature, and the world as a whole or those who want to contribute to a better world will love this book.
