Charley's Flying School is an action packed love story that brings Jerry, a skilled pilot, mechanic and instructor, and Cal, a skilled pilot, together as partners of Charley's Flying School. In working to rebuild the school after Charley's death they build not only a school but a deep and lasting love. The twists and turns of their lives bring them across the paths of many characters. Richard Lambert, playboy, finds a friend when he meets Jerry and is encouraged to find his lost love Lilly. He also discovers his sister Sylvia he never knew. Sylvia works with Richard, Jerry and Cal to foil a terrorist plot and Senator's Stone's real estate scam. When Reverend Mitchell doesn't show up, Jerry and Abby fly the food delivery to his isolated mission and uncover a terrorist's camp with families being held prisoners. Abby, an elderly lady who wanted to solo just once, saves many lives with her skill as a pilot during the rescue. In the end, Senator Stone, the terrorists and Reverend Mitchell are foiled. Jerry and Cal successfully weave their lives into one and work as a team to fly into a coming storm to save a child's life.
