Marc and Erin are two passionate lovers living in a bomb shelter beneath Baltimore, MD and Washington, DC. Marc is given the option to leave active duty, and he must chose between fighting for what he believes in, and living the rest of his days with Erin peacefully. Unknowingly, he is being used by the powers that be to escalate this Fifth World War.
