Whenever we are experiencing a problem, or when we need answers, we run in search of help to learn how to cope better. To help you understand the most difficult questions, this book will not make it easier for you. The lines will be hard and direct, often "pounding hard", the way life does, and this is therapeutic and necessary, because only then you'll get the answers you need. We do not need to understand joy and pleasure, these we live with ease, but all other pains are there waiting for our understanding. I also know that you don't have much time (or patience) to read long texts and windings. After all, today we seek the essence of everything.
