A few weeks ago, Shuttle 4, piloted by Lieutenant Commander Jennifer Mizuno exploded. Some quick thinking saved not only her life but that of Captain Christopher Wolf and the first Erukugan human they found alive, Ichtu Ririka. Commander Sandra Atkins and Captain Wolf believe Mizuno isn't behind the shuttle's destruction, but another engineer. Admiral Alexis Matsuyama, who oversees the United Space Agency's engineers, wants to see her on Earth. Placed on paid administrative leave until a full review of the incident, the engineer worked full time on an animated series to submit to the agency for public viewing. Now called before Matsuyama about the shuttle incident, has her worried knowing that many times when called to agency headquarters means dismissal. Believing she did nothing wrong, and her animation project, kept Mizuno's spirits up. Did someone find her at fault? And what seems to be wrong with the Golden Fury and her shuttle? Is bad luck following the Mizuno around like a lost puppy?
