Eat, taste, this is life. Enjoy this moment with me. We forget the most special moments in life, those that leave us breathless, I mean the moments where taste and saliva explode at the contact with food. Breakfast, mid-morning, lunch, mid-afternoon, dinner, late night, snacks, appetizers, whatever food contact is called, we must perpetuate it in our minds as that space where life is reborn. The life cycle is dependent on good nutrition; of the variety, of the presentation, of the quality, of the freshness, of the food that we eat. If the essence of existence is interdependent on the perception of these moments, and ingredients, highlighting them raises the vibration of being, and leads us to live the flavors of life.
