Thirdly, for crininal psychology social function aspect, why does our society need criminal psychologists? IN our legal system of our society, it is a reflection of what is considered tolerable and intolerable behavior within that particular society, i.e. intolerable behavior is disapproved of by the majority. However, we must have people to anti-social behavior to let our sosciety to know their dissatisfaction, it is their criminal intent major factor. IN fact, any legally wrong or immoral behavior, e.g.burglary, fraud, killing theft, trespass, fighting are caused by the criminal people's negative psychological factor. In general, although many of them had known that they will be punished if they still do criminal behaviors in our society. But, they can not dominate or control themselves to do any criminal behaviors. So, it explains why that we still need criminal psychologists to help them to find why they do criminal behavioral reasons after they had done criminal behaviors as well asthey are punished to go to court to be judged consequently. Criminal psychologists aim to let their criminal patients to know their errors and use professional acriminal psychological methods to help them to learn how to avoid to do any criminal behaviors again after they are free to go to society to prepare to find new jobs to do or beginning re-new life again. The criminal psychologists will makea number of assumptions that any criminal people who have these similar characteristics. They may include as below: The first assumption is that every individual's behaviors is due to their own interpretation of reality and real environment can influence how any why the person does criminal behavior in society. The second assuption is that people will learn meaning by observing how other people react in society, both positively and negatively. SO, if the person often contact his friends who often reactnegative social behavior, they will influence or persuade him to trend to do any criminal behavior more easily in society. The third assumption is that we evaluate our own behaviors according to the meanings, we have learned and that we have acquired from others. So, we will learn any one's behavior and we will make evaluation whether we ought or ought not follow their behaviorsto do. For example, any one knows killing another person is a criminal act. However, in some suitations, for instance, when a peson kills in self-defence, when a legitimate killing because he needs to protect himself body to be attacked to cause hurt, even death as well as he feels that he has possible to be killed if he does not decide to kill the person in the environment immediately. So, criminal psychologists needs to help the killer to feel that he is not a actual killer in psychological view point, although he had killed the person in legal view point in orde to avoid that he commits suicide himself easily in any time.
