Cologne, Germany 1894, author Daniel Fischer's life has come crashing down on him. Without the necessities of a normal life, Daniel begins to rethink his life choices and his career path. In an effort to find himself, he decides to travel across the world to write one final novel, his Magnum Opus. While travelling, eerie and haunting things begin to take shape as Daniel finds himself deep in the Transylvanian forests with no knowledge of where he is or how he got there. With the help of a mysterious woman, Daniel must try and free the Village from the clutches of an entity so evil, it has encapsulated the entire region.
