This is a correlational study aimed to identify the relationship between perceived stress, psychological well-being and self-efficacy of Uber cab drivers in Kochi. The study population consisted of Uber cab drivers in Kochi have to record. The statistical sample to form of available and with the full consent 50 people was selected. Research tools were Perceived Stress Scale by Sheldon Cohen (1983), Psychological well-being scale developed by Khatum, Wadud, Bhulya and Chowdury (1998) and Self-efficacy scale developed by Arun and Raju (2001). To analyze the data statistical indicators was used t-test, ANOVA and correlation analysis. The results showed that: substantial relationship existed between the variables perceived stress and psychological wellbeing, moderate correlation present between the variables perceived stress and self-efficacy. Moreover, some insteresting findings indicated that stress decreases with increase in education and self- efficacy increases with increase in education. Self-efficacy is higher for participants who studied after 12th grade as compared to the ones who studied up to 12th grade. Additionally, on comparing particiapnts on the basis of economic status, it was found that self-efficacy is highest for upper class, followed by middle class and least for lower class. As sleep is important component for phsysical and psychological health, perceived stress and hours of sleep was compared and perceived stress was found lowest for individuals who get normal 5-10 hrs regular sleep as compared to the rest.
