So when you're reading 20 Years of Something, please know my goal was never to inspire or give parenting advice when writing this collection of columns. I'm not one of those celebrities who has a child and suddenly becomes qualified to write a book on everything from diaper rash to college scholarships. I'm just an average Joe, and this book is meant to let anyone and everyone know that if I can pull off parenting and everything that comes with it, then anyone can. Whether you're in the throws of childrearing or bouncing a grandchild on you're knee, you can relate to everything in this book, and it's my goal we can all share a few laughs along the way.
