This fun and engaging book will have children of all ages getting off their couches to gear up for some fun and exercise. Purple chair encourages couch potatoes everywhere to put down their remotes and enjoy some fresh air and outdoor fun, especially during our Summer months. My profession as a Preschool Teacher is what inspired me to write this book. When children are out of school for the summer, exercise, music and movement should still be part of their daily activities, this also ensures they are allowed to burn off some energy. The exercise adventures in this book will help to do that.
