This is another in my series of how I have been coping with my PTSD, using writing as a tool to explore, face, and realizing that I am stronger than the images my mind makes me see. I urge for people with PTSD to, perhaps, read my work. I want them to see they are not alone in their fight. There are others willing to help. Friends, people you don't even know. But, the important thing is to seek the help you need, don't be embarrassed, shamed, or afraid to seek the help. It's out there.
