San Francisco advertising exec Leah Ross's perfectly planned life is thrown off kilter when she inherits a home on Coronado Island, over five hundred miles away. The only thing she wants to do is fix it up, flip it, and then hightail it back to her beloved city by the bay. Too bad the will stipulates she has to live in the house for two weeks. To make matters worse, the ridiculously charming, seriously stubborn man next door needs to approve all of her changes. Joe Carrera loves island life and being the owner of a popular lounge and tapas bar.
