God works in mysterious ways; ways in which we are sometimes incapable of comprehending until all is said and done. 17-year-old Natalie Taylor is about to get a crash course in God's mysterious works as she enters her last day of summer camp. With her senior year quickly approaching and plans for college in sight, Natalie Taylor attends Camp Victory for the final time, finding that her best friend, Madison, isn't present. Meeting Madison at the age of 10 and creating an unbreakable bond, they always look forward to seeing one another during the summer, considering they reside in different states. After a string of calls and texts, on the final day of camp Natalie is introduced to Mr. David Carter, Madison's father. She takes their meeting as an opportunity to inquire about Madison's absence, learning Madison isn't in good health. Concerned, Natalie innocently leaves a note for her friend, sealed in an envelope. She adds her address for flare and puts it in the care of Mr. Carter. What Natalie didn't know is, the simple act of leaving her home address on the envelope triggers a series of events that uproot life for both herself and her mother. Will Natalie have the strength to handle the news ahead or will the perplexity of it all leave her feeling amiss?
