Shortly after returning home from a life-changing trip to Peru, John Forelli left his job and embarked on a road trip across America. His journey would take him to all 50 states, from sea to shining sea, down the rutted roads of the mind and along the heavenly highways of the heart. In the tradition of Kerouac and Hunter S. Thompson, American Paradox is a road trip for the 21st century. It is one man's attempt at reconciling the contradictions within himself-and the paradox at the heart of the American Dream.
