But he also uses the medium to inspire hope in everyone no matter the distressing experience. Born in 1971, Dr Tever Simon Chieshe was diagnosed with schizophrenia in January 1990. He graduated as a medical doctor from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in 1991. He worked in various hospitals under the Benue State Health Management Board and at the State Ministry of Health as reproductive health coordinator. Currently, as chief medical officer, he works with the comprehensive community mental health program of the Methodist Church Nigeria, supported by CBM Austrialia. He is married with four children, Anam Benedict, Mfe Enoch, Meluana Valerie and Iershimana Mary Terver.
