All the beautiful promises have been broken, years have gone by and hatred has replaced love. In this last volume, you'll see Max and Aloys who have become strangers one for another. They'll have to shatter the silence of all these lost years and accept the fact that they'll have to make some difficult choices. Understanding one another and forgiveness will not be easy because of all the suffering they have endured, but sometimes, just one minute thing can make a world of difference. And this minute little thing could lead to great things being accomplished.
"Neither distance nor years count, two sister souls always find each other again under the stars." Milygaby: This volume takes place a few years later and lets us see how each character has changed. This last volume touches us through a tsunami of emotions. I really got to like all of these people, not just Aloys and Max, but also their family and friends. A last volume to magnificently end this trilogy. Aurelfa: This last volume let me experience a lot of emotions, really touched me, often to a point where I started to cry. Thank you once again for this magnificent story and for all the fun we had with Max and Aloys. Amelie: This morning I finished the 'Stand By' saga. I really liked the first two volumes with a great love story between these two wounded souls. But I literally loved the last volume and was heartbroken by its beginning! The dramatic intensity is so strong and I was not at all expecting this to happen. Thank you, Flo TB, for these emotions and for this great story.
