First and Second Thessalonians are two of the first epistles the apostle Paul (the apostle of the Gentiles) wrote to the body of Christ along with Galatians. These two books have a lot to say about the return of Christ for the body of Christ at the catching up of the saints (A. K. A the Rapture), as well as the revelation of Jesus Christ when he returns to set up his kingdom. These books were written to stave off the satanic attacks on God's word by those who make Israel and the Church the same entity, when they are not. Israel was under the law of Moses, while the body of Christ is under grace. The last event in this present dispensation of grace is the rapture (catching away) of the body of Christ. 1st Thessalonians 5:9 For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ,
